This Usage Policy describes acceptable use of TeamLunch AI. It applies to everyone who uses the service, alongside the Commercial Terms.
Acceptable use
Use TeamLunch for your team's own operations. Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass anyone.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access data outside your workspace. We isolate workspaces and enforce access at the database; probing those boundaries is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the service, or circumventing rate limits and security controls.
- Uploading malware, or content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Using the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to make decisions with legal or safety consequences without human review.
AI output
AI-generated summaries and action items are assistance, not advice, and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them. Don't input content you're not permitted to process with a third-party AI provider; see how meeting text is processed.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination per the Commercial Terms.
